If you are travelling from the UK or the EU, you do not need a visa for short stays in Trinidad & Tobago. You may enter visa‑free for up to 90 days for tourism or business.
At the border, you must show:

You cannot work on a tourist entry. Work permits are issued separately through the national system.

A Yellow Fever vaccination is only required if you are arriving from a country where Yellow Fever is present, or if you have transited through one.
If you are travelling from the UK or from the EU, no Yellow Fever certificate is required.
Vaccines recommended (not mandatory)
UK health authorities recommend the following for most travellers:
- Hepatitis A
- Tetanus (booster if your last dose was more than 10 years ago)
- Typhoid (especially for longer stays or rural areas)
Additional vaccines may be recommended depending on your activities:
- Rabies (if you expect contact with animals or remote outdoor environments)
